60 minute: $66.00-101.00
90 minute: $99.00-144.00
120 minute: $133.00-188.00
Session time includes a few minutes for intake. New clients will be asked to complete some health history forms prior to their first session. These will be sent via email and can either be printed and filled out at home, or paper copies can be completed at my office.
Massage therapy can be deeply supportive to the body and spirit. Sessions can include: deep tissue and relaxation/Swedish massage, trigger point work, myofascial release, heat, and herbal oils and hydrosols. My sessions usually have a gentle sonic element, through curated soundscapes and my own voice. Throughout our work you may hear me hum or sing softly, which is a way I move energy and tune in to the body’s landscape. I keep divination and self-clearing tools on hand that clients can use as they wish.
I practice massage at my office in downtown Olympia, located in the historic White Building at 209 4th Ave E #216. I share this space with Silverleaf Herbs and Tending Resilience, both wonderful resources for holistic healthcare support. During February 2026, I am mainly available for massage on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Starting in March 2026, I will be joining The Massage Place, a longtime collective of massage therapists on Olympia’s Westside. At that time, most of my massage work will shift to The Massage Place on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, though I may see established clients downtown on other days. I may also reserve the downtown office mainly for work that includes ritual. Join my newsletter or check this site for updates.

My office is in the White building at 209 4th Ave E in downtown Olympia. Here is some information about the space. If you have follow up questions about accessibility, please reach out.
Our new building is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Our floor is up a flight of stairs from street level. There is an alternate entrance through the Security building next door, with an elevator to our level, a walkway between buildings, and a few stairs up and back down.
I am up to date on Covid-19 vaccinations and am happy to wear a KN95 mask at our appointment. I do not require clients to mask, though you are welcome to. I keep a supply of extra KN95 masks in my office. Please note that my office is in a shared building and there may be unmasked people in other indoor areas.

Building is low-scent but not scent free; our office contains herbs and products containing essential oil. All massage linens are laundered with fragrance free detergent, and you may request only fragrance free products be used in your session.
We share our building with several other offices. You may hear a small amount of noise from the co-occupants in our building, but it should be minimal and not disruptive to our work.
